What this site is
There is no shortage of advice for Etsy sellers, and a lot of it is either vague or built around whatever the writer is being paid to promote. Etsy Advisor exists to answer narrower, more practical questions: which research tool actually shows you what you need, how to tell a saturated niche from a viable one, and what a new shop genuinely needs to get running.
Who it is for
People running or planning an independent Etsy shop in the United States — handmade, print-on-demand, digital downloads or vintage. Articles assume you are doing this yourself rather than managing a team, and that your time and software budget are both limited.
How we cover tools
Reviews focus on what a tool does and who it suits, including the cases where a free option or no tool at all is the right answer. Where a product has real limitations, we describe them. We do not publish income claims or invented case studies.
How the site is funded
